Over the past 11 months, Ihab Kamel had the privilege of leading and participating in the Tidal Rise Program across ADD Properties’ Holding Division, in partnership with LOGIC Training & HR Development.
The program offered an eye-opening and rewarding experience, reshaping perspectives on leadership, strategy, and team growth. Participants explored five transformative “Islands,” each representing a pillar of leadership excellence:
- The Island of Strengths: uncovering individual and team talents through Gallup assessments and collaboration.
- The Island of Strategy: applying strategic thinking and innovative tools to shape business futures.
- The Island of Excellence: fostering accountability and emotional connection for outstanding customer experiences.
- The Island of Business Growth: embracing a growth mindset and design thinking to drive innovation.
- The Island of Coaching: turning daily interactions into impactful coaching moments that build trust and performance.
The Tidal Rise Program went beyond training, uniting teams, challenging perspectives, and reinforcing ADD Properties’ commitment to purposeful, impactful leadership. Appreciation was extended to all contributors and passionate teams who continue to embed leadership development into the company culture.
